Why We Built This Site
Texas permits public access to many court records, but the correct custodian depends on the court and record type. A docket is the running record of filings, parties, events, and settings. Amber Hall's combined Concho County and District Clerk office keeps County Court and 119th District Court records, while the countywide Justice of the Peace and Eden Municipal Court maintain their own files. re:SearchTX adds a statewide search layer for available records. This resource brings those official contacts, portals, and request paths together while preserving the differences between them.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Concho County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot issue an official docket sheet or retrieve a court file
- We cannot reset, reschedule, or alter a hearing date
- We cannot amend, seal, or remove a case record
- We cannot certify a docket, order, or filed document
- We cannot provide legal advice about a particular matter
- We cannot promise that every listed fee, contact, or setting remains current
An official or certified docket or court record must come from the clerk or court that holds the original file.
Search Partners
Third-party companies operate search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its results, pricing, and service terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this resource. We do not set partner charges or control the records they return.
